The drawings here range from life-sized “Buddha” drawn on bed sheets, or a-top the surface of collages, to the miniature “stolen portraits” drawn into the small sketchbooks that I carry around everywhere. I draw with charcoal, watercolor pencil, wash, my classic “magic red crayon,” and recently an even a more “magic” pen + paper that automatically digitizes the lines allowing me to then edit the marks using digital tools in Adobe Illustrator (for more about collages based on the drawings see Collage above).
