In the evolving series, currently titled “For Our Own Good: How My Life-saving Surveillance Destroyed Democracy,” I continue to explore ways to merge traditional and digital methods and materials to weave together highly personal text and image.

Both activist in intention, and extremely personal in nature, this series evolved from my own diagnosis with a potentially deadly genetic defect, and is intended to be eventually expanded to be part of an immersive, interactive, multi-media installation focused on how unregulated genetic surveillance poses great threats to the fabric of society.
